This doc will help guide you through integrating Amazon products with Vudoo Shoppable

The commerce integrations manager is located at a dashboard level, not an account level. This allows for each individual dashboard to have separate integrations, allowing for more flexibility.

You can only have one integration per dashboard, but being able to choose which integration applies to different dashboards may be useful if you are setting up microsites. The Amazon Anywhere integration is available in the integrations listing page for each dashboard. If you don't see or can't find this integration then it's possible the the integration is not available in the region your Vudoo account is associated with.

Note: Before adding a Amazon Anywhere connection to the Vudoo platform you will need to get any product ASINs approved by Amazon, this step is determined by Amazon on products that are approved to be sold externally through the Amazon Anywhere API. If you need help with this step, please contact your Vudoo support manager.

Installing the Vudoo BuyWithAmazon App

Installing the integration couldn't be easier. There is no external app setup needed, only an API Key supplied by Amazon to sell your approved and authorized products.

Enter in your API Key, then click Add integration. With a successful install you can now start importing your Amazon products and create your Vudoo Shoppable experience.

If you get any errors while trying to install the integration then you may find your answers here

Possible Error messages

  • Invalid Id: One or more of the provided IDs are invalid

    • You may have entered in one of your credentials incorrectly, please check your credentials are all correct, if they are then confirm with your Amazon POC that your Amazon Anywhere API key is released and ready to use.

  • Client onboarding incomplete: Request cannot be completed because one or more steps in the onboarding process are incomplete. Contact your Amazon PoC for next steps.

    • Complete the install after your API key has been released and is ready to be used

  • Unauthorized ASINs: Client does not have access to one or more of the requested ASINs. The attributes field of the response will include the unauthorized ASINs. To request access, contact your Amazon PoC for next steps.

    • Contact your Amazon POC to confirm your ASINs are authorized and have access to be used with the Amazon Anywhere API

  • Client does not have access to the request: Please check your credentials and try again.

    • You may have entered in one of your credentials incorrectly, please check your credentials are all correct, if they are then confirm with your Amazon POC that your Amazon Anywhere API key is released and ready to use.

  • Something went wrong: This is a rare error but could happen if the Vudoo system received an error, if you receive this type of error please contact your Vudoo support manager to get a resolution.
