The commerce integrations manager is located at a dashboard level, not an account level. This allows for each individual dashboard to have separate integrations, allowing for more flexibility.

You can only have one commerce integration per dashboard, but being able to choose which integration applies to different dashboards may be useful if you are setting up microsites.

The Magento integration is available in the integrations listing page for each dashboard.

Note: To remove an integration, you will have to contact Vudoo. You can remove access and permissions for the integration user on the Magento side at any time.

The merchant will first create a role and user on their Magento instance via Magento Administration:

The integration requires a user with a role that has the follow access permissions (these are the access permissions Vudoo requires for the feature to function correctly):

Sales -> Operations -> Orders -> Actions -> Create

Sales -> Operations -> Orders -> Actions -> View

Sales -> Operations -> Orders -> Actions -> Edit

Sales -> Operations -> Orders -> Actions -> Ship

Sales -> Operations -> Shipment

Catalog -> Inventory -> Products

Cart -> Manage carts

Stores

Currency -> Currency Rates

Currency -> Currency Symbols

Creating the integration in Vudoo

In the Vudoo Integration listing page for your dashboard, locate the Magento integration tile and click ‘Add integration’.

To set up a Magento API integration you’ll need the following information from magento:

- Admin username (the user that was created for the integration)

- Admin password (the user that was created for the integration)

- Commerce domain URL (REST API)

- Store ID

- Default currency

- Product page URL suffix (either none or .html)

You’ll also need to set the retailer’s name that you want to appear in the video, as well as the image you want to appear in the video.

The final step is to integrate your Payment provider (associated with your commerce instance). Click here for help on this.
