Dashboard users will have access to the one dashboard you add them to. They'll be able to access the dashboard, create, edit, publish, monitor and delete videos in their dashboard. You have no limits on how many users you can add to a dashboard on Vudoo.
Add a dashboard user
To add more users to a dashboard, you must be logged in as the Account Owner.
Once you've logged in you'll see your dashboard/s.
If you can't see any dashboards, find out how to add one.
Click on "add a user to this dashboard" on the corresponding dashboard card. Enter in the following details to create a new user:
First name
Last name
Job title/position
Email address
Select if you wish to notify this user of their account via email. If unselected, you'll have the option of setting their password for them. You'll have to make sure to notify them of their login details (email address and password)
Click "Add user" to complete the process.
Delete a dashboard user
To delete dashboard users, you must be logged in as the Account Owner.
Once you've logged in you'll see your dashboard/s and corresponding users.
Hover over the user you want to delete and click on the trashcan icon. Confirm you want to delete this user and remove their access from the platform.
